HOW DO CUSTOMERS FIND OUR BOUQUETS?

Customers will discover bouquets by entering their delivery postcode on the homepage. They will then be presented with bouquets that are delivered to thatspecific postcode. Customers can filter the bouquets by delivery date, price, colour and occasion.


WHAT ARE THE COSTING DETAILS FOR THIS SERVICE?

There is no cost to you as a supplier to set up the online store and market your bouquets. The only cost incurred by you is the 10% commission payment that Bag a Bouquet retains when your bouquet is sold through the site.


HOW DOES THE MARKETPLACE WORK?

Bag a Bouquet will allow customers to connect directly with local suppliers whose bouquet arrangements are highlighted in the marketplace. It lets its customers discover and send the perfect gift by simply browsing bouquets from participating suppliers all in one place.


WHAT CAN I SELL?

Suppliers can sell any bouquet that is delivered (floral, edible, balloons etc). You can also add cross sell items that will be presented as an option to the customer when they checkout.


WHAT ARE WE REQUIRED TO DO IF ONE OF OUR BOUQUETS ARE PURCHASED IN THE BAG A BOUQUET CHECKOUT?

You are responsible to fulfill the order by shipping the purchased bouquet on the desired date scheduled by the customer. you then are required to promptly update the order status on the Bag a Bouquet seller administration area to indicate that the product has been shipped. If the supplier ships a product in fulfillment of an order and the customer does not receive the product for any reason, the supplier will promptly ensure that alternative fulfillment arrangements are executed.


HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF MY ORDERS?

When bouquets are purchased through the Bag a Bouquet cart, the supplier of the purchased bouquet will be sent an email straight away.


HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?

If you hold a stripe account you will receive automatic payments once the creations are purchased through our site. If you do not have stripe account we will manually transfer payments within 24 hours.


IF I BECOME A SUPPLIER CAN I LEAVE AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can hide your storefront or completely delete it at any time.
